A grow room is a building-automation problem wearing a different hat. Temperature, humidity, CO2, light cycles and irrigation all interact, and any one of them drifting overnight can cost a cycle. We instrument the room, put the equipment on controllers that talk to each other, and alarm the conditions that matter so you find out from your phone at 2 a.m. instead of from the plants at 8 a.m.

Sensors in the canopy, not on the wall by the door. HVAC, dehumidification and CO2 driven by what the plants actually see, with vapour pressure deficit tracked instead of guessed.
Photoperiod schedules that never drift, dimming ramps instead of hard on and off, and circuit-level monitoring so you see a failed driver the day it fails.
Zone control, run-time logging and leak detection. We do not blend nutrients for you, but we automate the schedule, monitor the reservoir and shut the water off when a line lets go.
Every controlled variable gets a threshold and an escalation path. Power loss, a stuck damper or a chiller that quits at midnight becomes a phone call, not a discovery.
In Michigan we work with both residential grows and licensed commercial facilities. Licensed operators carry security obligations that go well beyond a normal camera package, and getting them wrong is a licensing problem rather than an inconvenience. We design the surveillance and access side to the state's rules and hand over documentation you can show an inspector.
A home grow does not carry the same paperwork, but it carries the same physics. Two or three sensors, a controller and a phone alert will save a run that a wall thermostat will not. We keep home installs simple, off the main house network, and private.
