Wired right, and controlled from one place.
Langaney Solutions designs and installs automation, security, networking and audio-video systems for homes and businesses in South Florida. Clean cabling, labeled racks, systems your family can actually use.
What we install
Six systems, one contractor. Take one or take the whole panel, and it still lands on a single rack that somebody can service later.
Home automation
Lights, shades, thermostats, locks and entertainment on one app and one wall keypad, set up so the rest of the house can use it without a manual.
PORT 02Security cameras and alarms
Camera coverage planned around your actual blind spots, recorded locally and viewable from your phone, with alarm panels, sensors and doorbell stations.
PORT 03Networking and Wi-Fi
UniFi routers, switching and access points sized to the property, managed from one console, so video calls and cameras stop competing for the same bandwidth.
PORT 04Access control
Keypads, card readers, smart locks, intercoms and gate operators, with per-person codes you can add or revoke yourself.
PORT 05Audio and video
TV mounting, home theaters and distributed audio indoors and out, plus displays and sound for conference rooms and storefronts.
PORT 06Low-voltage cabling
Cat6, coax and speaker wire pulled, terminated, tested and labeled. New construction, remodels, and cleanup of somebody else's rack.
PORT 07Landscape automation
Irrigation, landscape lighting, water features and outdoor climate sensors on the same system that runs the rest of the property.
Working on a commercial space?
Offices, retail, restaurants and warehouses get the same crew and the same documentation.
The install is the product.
Any company can hang a camera. The difference shows up two years later, when a drive fills up or a keypad needs a new code and somebody has to open the rack.
- Labeled and documentedEvery run tagged at both ends, and you get the panel map, logins and device list at handoff.
- Equipment you can buy parts forStandard gear from suppliers that will still exist next year, never a closed system that locks you to us.
- Trained before we leaveWe walk you and your family through the app and the keypads until it is boring.
- One number afterwardsCall the same people who did the work, not a call center.
Pre-wire during framing so the finished walls stay closed. We coordinate with your GC and electrician on rough-in dates.
Retrofit work with fish tape and patience. Wireless where wire is not worth the drywall repair.
Coverage, access control and networking scoped around how the space is used and who needs keys.
We work in English and Spanish, on site and on the phone.
Four ways to run the place
The same systems, reachable however the person in the room prefers. Most households end up using all four without thinking about it.
Say it out loud
Ask for the lights, the temperature or the music without opening anything. We set voice up on the assistant you already use, and we scope it to the rooms where it makes sense instead of every room in the house.
- Works with the assistant you already have
- Room-by-room naming that people remember
- Restricted commands for locks and doors
One screen, one keypad
Every system on a single app, and the three scenes you use daily on a physical keypad by the door. Guests and family can run the house without a phone or a password.
- One app for lights, cameras, climate and audio
- Engraved keypads by the main doors
- Same layout in every room so nothing is a surprise
The property notices
Motion and geofencing let the property react instead of waiting. Path lighting when someone walks the hallway at 2 a.m., cameras that record on approach, the garage that closes itself when the last phone leaves.
- Path and pool lighting on motion
- Arrival and departure routines
- Camera recording triggered by approach
Set it once
Routines tied to your day and to sunset rather than to a clock you have to keep adjusting. Shades down when the afternoon sun hits the west side, everything off when the office closes.
- Sunrise and sunset triggers
- Weekday and weekend variations
- Vacation mode that looks lived in
How a job runs
Six steps from the first phone call to the day we hand over the documentation.
Walk-through
We visit the property, look at the panel, the attic and the sight lines, and listen to what is annoying you today.
Design
A device list and a layout: where the cameras go, where the rack lives, how many access points the square footage really needs.
Written quote
Equipment by model, labor by area. You can compare it against another bid line by line.
Install
Scheduled dates, drop cloths, and cable labeled as it is pulled instead of at the end.
Handoff
We configure, test every device, train everyone on the apps and leave the panel map and logins.
Support
Same number, same crew. Changes, additions and troubleshooting after the job closes.
Questions we get asked
If yours is not here, call and ask.
Do you work on existing homes or only new construction?
Both. New construction is easier because we pre-wire during framing, but most of our work is retrofit: fishing cable through finished walls, patching where we have to, and going wireless where opening drywall is not worth it.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not to us. Cameras record on site, so footage does not require a subscription. Some manufacturers charge for optional cloud features or cellular alarm monitoring, and we tell you which ones before you buy anything.
Can you take over a system somebody else installed?
Yes, and it is a common call. We document what is there, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and quote the difference between repairing it and replacing it.
How long does a typical job take?
It depends on scope. A couple of cameras and a doorbell is usually a single visit. A full network and camera package on a house takes several days. A pre-wire on new construction happens in two visits, at rough-in and at trim. We give you the dates with the quote.
Do you serve businesses?
Yes. Offices, retail, restaurants and warehouses across Miami-Dade and Broward, including multi-door access control and camera retention that satisfies insurers.
What happens after the install?
You get the panel map, device list and logins, and you call the same number if anything changes. We do not hand you off to a call center.
Everything we install
